Langara Garden Apartments

The site and location is nice but the service here is horrible. First I went in with my brother asking for a room to rent, they actually told my brother that he had to get a haircut or else they wont rent it to us. I was like wtf...but we were so urgent that we needed a place to settle so got no choice so my brother actually got a hair cut. Later they told us stupid rules that they didn't tell us at the time we signed the contract, such as no shower after 10pm cuz we would make noise. When we tried to use the recreation centre they got there, they even told us my brother was not 19 years of age so he can't use the exercise room even though I told them he was with me and I am 20 years old and be responsible for his actions. The office is run by an old mand and an old lady really bad tempered and bad service; even though the place is not too bad but I will want to get our of here as soon as possible. Horrible experience
