I have put a down, a deposit 190.00 for a futon frame over three month ago I still dont have the item, They say, we dont charge you tax, if you pay cash. When you call ask if they have your staff ? They give excuse you stuff coming soon sweetie . No money back because, that' a final sale they say... After all the futon frame cost me 720.00 just for the frame . They dont give you your money or what you pay for at Living Den. Specially Miss Rem and Mr. David Your favor sales Person, They suck on your blood a.k.a (your $$$) like a bed BUG. So that they can have Luxury life Eh!
