At Oshin, opt to take-out your orders and you'll be rubbing your eyes in disbelief at the speed with which it is ready. Apparently the dine-in service can't hold a candle by comparison, with waits closer to 30 minutes. The quality is excellent, so just do take-out and you'll be more than happy.
