Vertical features a stylish 70 seat dining room, two private dining rooms and a separate bar lounge featuring a stunning 40-foot sandstone bar top. The seasonal menus by celebrated Chef Tawfik Shehata draw inspiration from southern Italy and the Mediterranean, with a focus on simplicity and freshness. Fresh handmade pasta and whole grilled fish are specialties of Vertical. The ingredient driven menus are prepared in a lighter, healthier style indicative of Mediterranean influenced cuisine. The wine list is a compilation of passionate producers who we feel grow varietals that best express their region.
