I’ve been skeptical of the current restaurant trend, led in Toronto by Korean Grill House, towards do-it-yourself cooking. Call me lazy, but in a restaurant, I’m paying to have someone else slave over the stove. Stonegrill on Winchester is an upscale take on the DIY-resto experience.
