Hey, just thought I'd give a shout out to this cool automated rental place in King West. I rented the Wii Fit from them and had a blast with my girlfriend, the dude that works there also told me they're planning on getting Guitar Hero World Tour when it comes out! Insane! Highly recommend this place, you have to sign up and become a member before they will honor a reservation, but once you are - you can rent movies and games 24 hours a day for cheap! Just go by the store between 5pm and 10pm to get a membership.

This place totally rocks! Works like a bank a machine that spits out movies instead of cash. Seem to have all the latest movies and a pretty good selection of games - just next-gen stuff, no PS2. You can rent games by the day, which lets me try ones I wouldn't rent otherwise. My favourite thing is that they are open all the time (after you become a member) which is great for late night video gaming (or the occasional porn rental :)

MovieXpress is a cool new video store at King and Shaw, in King West Village. It’s unlike any video store you’ve ever been to. First off, its fully automated, once you sign up and get an access card, you’re able to get into the store 24/7 to rent your movies or games (Wii, PS3, Xbox360). You rent, by using a touch-screen machine on the wall. The machine has all the info you need to help you make your pick! High tech! You can even watch trailers of the movies! Also, they are really cheap! They price their stuff by time, so you get a better deal (ie. $2.50) if you get your rental back within the different time tiers… 6 hour rate, 12 hour rate and so forth… I totally recommend this place, the guys that run it are cool and know their stuff and really want to make it a fun place to rent from… totally worth checkin out! They even have Battle Royale! s.
