Purchasing or selling your home is not the easiest thing. I did it once before and dreaded the idea of having to do it again. I decided not to use realtors recommended by friends; so instead, I saw her ad and cold called her one afternoon. It was the best decision I made. She was there to make sure I found what I was looking for. We wasted no time, and weeks later, not only had I sold my condo, but I was already moved into and settled into my new neighbourhood.
