Very quick on closing day!
First American isn't the place to go if you want to close on your home in a week... they take their time, and do things right. The biggest plus is that they're all ready for you on closing day... stack of papers on the table, just whip it?

A+ title company
First American was our closing company on 2 rental houses... they did a good job. They WERE a little slow with the paperwork, but when it came time to close, everything was in order, and we didn't have to wait for them to go change?
